NESSIE - MALE RETICULATED PYTHON (NOW REHOMED)
Nessie came into the rescue via the RSPCA and upon arrival he had swelling to his face. Upon investigation he had a large absess that needed surgery. He was then on a course of anti biotics and has now fully recovered. He is feeding fortnightly at the moment on large defrost rabbits. He has now shown any signs of aggression whilst being with us. When we do go into his enclosure he would much rather move away than aggressively attack us. Nessie is roughly 12ft and weighs 20kg. To view Nessie an appointment must be made at the rescue as he is housed on the upper floor.
